Connecting you to the Art of Nature

In her Vancouver studio, Mia Weinberg artistically renders captivating images of botanical fragments, printed on paper, glass and translucent film, or engraved in granite and mirrored glass. Her images reveal how, in nature, there is unlimited variation at the smallest scale and yet, when seen at a larger scale, each unique part fits together as an integrated whole. Mia has worked closely with artists from various disciplines such as a painter, a choreographer, a composer, a photographer, a glass artist, and a stone carver, as well as with designers, contractors and architects.

Mia’s images range in size from ten inches to ten feet and are a great way to bring the art of nature inside any home, office, commercial building or healthcare facility. In addition to in businesses and private homes, Mia’s art can be found at the Vancouver General Hospital, the Muttart Conservatory in Edmonton and the Walter Phillips Gallery in Banff, Alberta.
